Can I use my own vehicle for the road trips or is it possible to rent a car?

You can either use your own vehicle for the tours or rent a car . Both options give you the flexibility to organize your trip in accordance with your personal preferences and needs. If you would like to book a rental car , you can simply select this in the booking process .

Do I have to pay highway tolls in Switzerland?

Yes, in Switzerland you have to buy a so-called vignette to use the highways . This is required for all vehicles driving on the freeways and highways. The vignette is valid for one year and can be purchased either as a sticker at various points of sale such as gas stations or border crossings or online as an E-vignette . There may be additional charges for certain tunnels or car loading points that the vignette does not cover and must be paid separately. It is best to familiarize yourself in advance with the most important traffic rules , such as speed limits, to avoid fines.
