Yes, in Switzerland you have to buy a vignette to use the motorways . This is required for all vehicles driving on the motorways. The vignette is valid for one year and can be purchased either as a sticker at various points of sale (such as petrol stations or border crossings) or online as an E-vignette . For certain tunnels or car trains there may be additional charges that are not covered by the vignette and must be paid separately.
