This fairytale rail journey combines three of Switzerland's most scenic regions in one exciting experience. With the GoldenPass Express, you travel from the Lake Geneva region to the Bernese Oberland in Interlaken. From there, the Lucerne-Interlaken Express takes you over the Brünig Pass into central Switzerland to Lucerne. Two languages, three worlds, six lakes, one line. The trip can also be booked with an overnight stay in only one place.

Your Itinerary
Day 1
Travel by public transport from your starting point in Switzerland to Montreux. Overnight stay in Montreux.
Highlights: Rochers-de-Naye, Chillon Castle, Chaplins World, vineyards, lake promenade.
Day 2
View the ever-changing landscape from the comfort of your seat on the GoldenPass Express. Golden vineyards, alpine meadows, lakeshores and picturesque villages accompany you on your journey to Interlaken. Overnight stay in Interlaken.
Highlights: Lake Geneva, Lavaux Vineyards, Simmental, Lake Thun
Day 3
Beautiful drive past blue lakes, green pastures and over the Brünig Pass to Lucerne. The short two-hour drive gives you time to explore Interlaken further in the morning. Overnight in Lucerne.
Highlights: Brünig Pass, Lakes Lungern and Sarnen, Lake Lucerne
Day 4
Return journey by public transport from Lucerne to your final destination in Switzerland, or extension of your stay.
