Your commitment is welcome. The employees in the departments are very open to suggestions for improvement.

There is also the possibility of taking on smaller projects.

How much responsibility do I have to/am I allowed to take?

You are not pushed into anything. If you want to take on more responsibility, that's also possible.

What do I learn in the relevant areas?

Contact Center Zurich: First point of contact with the company and customers. Getting started in the contact centre is very suitable for getting an overview and getting to know the products.

B2C Zurich: Create initial offers and deepen customer contact.

Groups London: Very versatile work in different stages of a group trip (more insights into departments to follow).

In which areas can I do an internship?

Mainly in the Tour-Operating Departments B2B, B2C, Groups, FIT & Rail International.

Do I get a UK/CH contract?

Yes, both a CH and a UK contract.

Will I be working in the UK for an extended period of time?

No (work visa for max. 12 months)

How do I get a visa? Are there any additional costs?

The visa is organized by STC.

The process is simple and the costs are covered by STC (a bachelor's degree is required).

Is the British salary enough for my living expenses?

No. However, this depends heavily on the standard of living and the location.

We recommend being able to fall back on savings or support from parents.
