FLEX Option Package
Packages & Package Tours
With our FLEX OPTION package, you can cancel or rebook your holiday in Switzerland worry-free, one time free of charge, up to 5 days before your departure date. For just CHF 49, FLEX OPTION offers you the flexibility you need to plan your trip. The FLEX OPTION can be easily and conveniently added as an additional option during the booking process.
- Additional FLEX OPTION package for CHF 49 per person
- Up to 5 days before departure: free cancellation
- Switzerland Travel Centre does not charge any processing fees
Exception: The following additional costs are incurred when travelling with Glacier Express Excellence Class:
- Up to 60 days before the date of travel: CHF 245 per person
- Less than 60 days before the date of travel: CHF 490 per person

Swiss Travel System tickets
With our new FLEX OPTION Ticket you can cancel your Swiss Travel Pass, Swiss Travel Pass Flex Flex, Swiss Half Fare Card or your mountain excursion ticket up to one day before the first day of validity without any additional fees.
- FLEX OPTION Ticket for CHF 12 / GBP 10 / USD 14 per booking
- Up to 1 day before the first day of validity: cancellation free of charge
For bookings without FLEX OPTION Ticket the following conditions apply:
- Handling fee of CHF 60 per booking for cancellations from the date of purchase until 4 days before the first day of validity.
- Handling fee of CHF 60 per booking + 30% surcharge of the total price for cancellations between 3-1 day(s) before the first day of validity
- No refund for cancellations after the first day of validity
