What is the difference between 1st and 2nd class on this trip?

There is no catering on board the Furka steam train . However, you can buy snacks and drinks in Oberwald or Realp. Otherwise, you can also bring your own food and enjoy it during the ride. There are restaurants on the Brienzer Rothorn and the Schynige Platte , which you are welcome to visit.
