Digital Swiss Coupon Pass – Terms of use

  1. In the case of 2-for-1 offers, at least two people must partake.
  2. The printed value of the coupon always refers to the highest possible value of the coupon. Only the cheaper or equivalent offer is free of charge.
  3. Only one coupon is accepted per table or group.
  4. Partial payment or cash payment of the coupon is excluded in all cases.
  5. Unless otherwise stated on the coupons, the Digital Swiss Coupon Pass is valid from 12.01.2026 to 11.30.2027.
    1. Seasonal coupons may only be redeemed at certain times. The selection of coupons may be changed at any time during the period of validity of the pass. Furthermore, coupons may be removed as of 11.30.2027 if the relevant partners are no longer participating in the Digital Swiss Coupon Pass.
    2. The Digital Swiss Coupon Pass is valid for one year from the date of activation in the web app.
  6. The coupons are only valid in the original and in conjunction with the web app. Any screenshots of the coupons will not be accepted.
  7. The coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotions. Digital Swiss Coupon Passes are not cumulative.
  8. The coupon must be mentioned at the time of booking and before ordering.
  9. Coupons may not be redeemed for special events (e.g. weddings, birthday parties, etc.) or public holidays and festive days.
  10. If tap water is consumed exclusively, the partner is entitled to charge a tap fee of CHF 5 per person.
  11. Dates, prices and programmes are subject to change and cancellation.
  12. The Digital Swiss Coupon Pass cannot be sold to third parties without express authorisation from Switzerland Travel Centre.
  13. Orders cannot be cancelled and the Digital Swiss Coupon Pass is non-refundable.
  14. The publisher (Switzerland Travel Centre) is not responsible for the content of the partner's coupons.
  15. The issuer (Switzerland Travel Centre) accepts no liability for the city map in the web app, which is for guidance purposes only.
  16. The issuer (Switzerland Travel Centre) accepts no responsibility/liability if partners of the Digital Swiss Coupon Pass change owners or tenants during the offer period, the business is discontinued or closed for other reasons.
  17. By purchasing/using this Digital Swiss Coupon Pass, you agree to the rules set out.
