Day 1

Overnight stay in Zurich

Highlights: Grossmünster, Lake Zurich, Uetliberg, Einstein's favourite café, FIFA Museum, shopping on the Bahnhofstrasse, urban diversity

Zurich - St.Gallen / approx. 150 km

Drive from Zurich via Schaffhausen to St. Gallen. Overnight stay in St. Gallen.

St.Gallen - Davos / approx. 183 km

Journey from St. Gallen via the Appenzellerland to Davos. Overnight stay in Davos.

Davos - Lugano / approx. 290 km

Drive from Davos through the Engadine and over the Passes Julier and San Bernardino to Lugano. Overnight stay in Lugano.

Highlights: Hike on the Muottas Muragl near Pontresina, train ride on the Bernina line, hikes in the Lower Engadine.

Lugano - Lucerne / approx. 236 km

Drive from Lugano via Bellinzona over the Tremola and Grimsel Pass via Meiringen to Lucerne. Overnight stay in Lucerne.
