Lenk
Lenk and the surrounding Simmental valley offer a mixture of hiking and biking trails with modern cable cars transporting hikers and bikers up the surrounding mountains. Characterised by alpine farming as well as imposing waterfalls and the river Simme the inhabitants are justly proud of their traditions and origins. The area feels untouched and mystical in parts and will let you experience nature to its fullest.
Hiking & Biking
Lenk and the surrounding Simmen valley offer nearly 600km of signposted hiking trails ranging from gently walks in the valley to high alpine mountain trails. Biking and cycling is also on offer from gently pre-alpine routes in the valley to high alpine trails.
Regional Passes
The Berner Oberland Regional Pass is your ticket to the whole of the Bernese Oberland plus routes further afield. It offers free transport on trains, buses, boat cruises and most mountain excursions. Available for 3, 4, 6, 8 or 10 consecutive days, it can easily be added at the end of the online booking process.
Mountain Excursions & Activities
