The route offers a mixture of steep climbs and challenging single trails , alternating with easier sections through the picturesque villages of the Lower Engadine . A good basic level of fitness is required for the entire tour. Experience in biking will also help you to tackle the single trails safely and enjoyably. Can I rent a bike or should I bring my own?

You can hire high-quality bikes on all our bike tours, which is often the easier and more cost-effective solution . If you bring your own bike , please note the high transportation costs and that you are responsible for safe transportation. We assume no liability for any damage to your bike. How does the luggage transportation included in the package work?

Luggage transport is organized by a reliable partner . During the tour, please leave your luggage at reception by 9 am ; it will be at the next stage location by 6 pm . Luggage tags are usually left for you at your first accommodation. Only one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 44 lbs is allowed per person.

What can I do in bad weather?

Our bike tours take place in any weather . We recommend that you prepare for cooler temperatures and unstable weather. Pack weatherproof clothing so that you can enjoy full comfort and fun during the ride even in conditions that are less than ideal .
