How much does a ride on Glacier 3000 cost?

Included in the ticket: Aerial cable car ride, Peak Walk, Glacier Walk, Ice Express, Fun Park. Other named activities (such as Alpine Coaster, Snow Bus, Dog Sledding) are not included in this ticket.

Children from 6 - 15.99 years receive a 50% discount on the full adult price. Free ride for children aged 0 - 5 years / children (6 - 15.99 years) with SBB junior card / children's co-travelcard/Swiss Family Card accompanied by their parents or family member. The prices shown are valid for the year 2023.

Can the tickets be cancelled?

Tickets will only be fully refunded if they are cancelled at least 1 day before travel and you have taken the Flex Cancellation Option. If you have not taken out the payment protection, a cancellation fee of CHF 60.00 will be charged and an additional fee of 30% will be charged for cancellations between 1 and 3 days before travel. 

If you wish to cancel the tickets, please send an email to [email protected] or click here, together with your booking request (which you will find on the booking confirmation) and the names of the cancelling passengers.

When does the mountain railway run on Glacier 3000?

The cable car is open all year round ans runs every 20 minutes from 09.00-16.50 (note seasonal times). The exact departure times can be found in the corresponding valid timetable.

Please note:  18.09.-04.10.2023 access will be via Reusch, valley station with one additional change and a journey time of approximately 30 minutes.

How much time do I need to visit Glacier 3000?

It depends on whether the weather allows you to do the outdoor activities included in the ticket (Peak Walk by Tissot suspension bridge, glacier hike, Ice Express chairlift, slide in the Fun Park). On site, you also have the option to eat at the restaurant while enjoying the beautiful view. If you plan to see everything, you should definitely plan half a day, about 3 hours.

Is there a specific date required to order a ticket?

When ordering, you must enter a specific date on our site, on which you want to make the trip. Thus, you are bound to this date and can not change it flexibly.
