St. Moritz - Tirano - Lugano (or vice versa)
The famous Bernina Express route between St. Moritz and Tirano is a landmark that has UNESCO World Heritage status. Crossing the Bernina Pass, you travel along Lago Bianco and experience a ’roundabout ride’ over the circular viaduct in Brusio. The Bernina Express bus connects Tirano with Lugano.

Day 1
Arrival by public transport from your starting point in Switzerland to Lugano. Overnights stay in Lugano.

Day 2
Day at leisure in Lugano. Overnight stay in Lugano.

Lugano - St. Moritz / approx. 8h
Travel on the Bernina Express bus from Lugano via Veltilin to Tirano. Journey continues by Bernina Express train to St. Moritz. Overnight stay in St. Moritz.
Highlights: Bernina Express bus to Tirano (Italy), Bernina Express train over the Brusio Circular Viaduct, past Lago Bianco, Alp Grüm
Day 4
Day at leisure in St. Moritz. Overnight stay in St. Moritz.
Highlights: view over the Upper Engadine Lake Region from Muottas Muragl, Corvatsch, Diavolezza, Lagalb and Corviglia

Return trip by public transport from St. Moritz to your final destination in Switzerland or extend your stay.
