Our B2C Sales & Operations department is the competence centre for consulting and sales of rail travel and hotel arrangements. To support the team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed person from January until the end of September 2020:


Sales & Operations Agent (100%)


Main tasks:


  • Processing of bookings from national and international direct customers in the area of railway and hotel packages and Swiss Travel System products

  • Multilingual (D/F/E) advice and handling of written and telephone booking enquiries

  • Calculation and preparation of individual offers for round trips

  • Administrative support for the Head of B2C Sales & Operations

Skills:


  • Tourist training and work experience in travel sales

  • Enjoying contact with customers and communicating

  • Sound knowledge of Switzerland

  • Very good oral and written language skills in D/F/E (Italian an advantage)

  • Resilience and flexibility

  • Independent way of working and a lot of initiative

  • Service and customer orientation as well as a winning personality

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
