Group Travel Expert (100%)

• Managing new and existing accounts; series and adhoc groups, tailormade or repeat tours


• Designing and quoting new itineraries for group travel


• Operating and invoicing group travel, including dealing with pre and post departure queries from groups


• Accompanying groups to Switzerland where necessary


• Attending supplier workshops and training sessions



 

• Experience in a similar role within the travel industry or within a customer care role


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Fluent written and spoken English essential, French or German an advantage


• Exceptional attention to detail, well-organised, excellent communication skills


• Knowledge of Switzerland as a destination an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
