Ticket and delivery options

Nowadays, most international train tickets are e-tickets ([email protected]), which makes the whole booking process faster and more efficient.
When booking, each passenger's first and last name and dates of birth are required by the railway company. Once issued, rail tickets are not transferable.
For some journeys, paper tickets are still required and must be sent by post. For some routes it is also possible to book tickets on departure (T.O.D.), where tickets are collected from a machine shortly before the journey. Our rail specialist will advise you when the booking is complete.
