Montreux Riviera and GoldenPass Express

Travel by train from London St Pancras to Geneva via Paris, accompanied by your tour manager. From there, continue to your hotel in Montreux, enjoying beautiful views along the route through the Swiss Riviera.

Travel with your group to visit the historic Chillon Castle, one of the best-preserved medieval castles in Europe and the most visited historical site in Switzerland. Enjoy a guided tour through its halls, courtyards, and beautifully preserved rooms. From Chillon Castle, continue with the group to Vevey, where there will be some leisure time to explore the old town and lakeside promenade. There is also an opportunity to have lunch here (not included). Continue to a vineyard in the Lavaux region and enjoy a tasting of local wines while overlooking the shores of Lake Geneva.
Return to Montreux by train.

Journey time: approx. 1h 30min

Today, the whole group travels on the panoramic GoldenPass Express train from Montreux to Gstaad, enjoying marvelous views along the way. Once in Gstaad, board the bus together and continue to Glacier 3000 for some free time.
From the summit of Glacier 3000, you can see 24 peaks over 4,000 metres high, including the famous Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau, the Matterhorn and even Mont Blanc. The adventurous can take a walk across the Peak Walk by Tissot, the world's only suspension bridge connecting two peaks.
Return to Montreux with the group by bus and train.

You have a full day at leisure in Montreux to explore, making use of your included Montreux Riviera Card, which provides free local public transport as well as discounts on museum entries, guided tours, and other attractions in the area.
Dinner is served at the hotel.

On the final day, travel with your group by train back to London St Pancras via Geneva and Paris.
