AD75 – Terms and Conditions

  1. AD75 Swiss Travel Passes are only available for travel agents, tour operators, employees of Swiss embassies and consulates or employees of Swiss International Airlines.
  2. Applications from those working at airports, other airlines or any other company that is not a travel agency or tour operator will automatically be rejected.
  3. The application must be completed with your agency stamp, manager's signature and a valid professional e-mail address. Business cards are not valid proof of employment and Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc accounts will not be accepted.
  4. Switzerland Travel Centre (STC) reserves the right to refuse incomplete or unsigned applications as well as enquiries where it does not consider the application qualifies for a discounted pass under the conditions outlined here.
  5. A reduction in price is offered on the Swiss Travel Pass for the qualifying applicant plus one companion. Additional travellers will not be accepted and no youth discounts will be offered.
  6. Swiss Travel Passes for additional travellers or tickets for mountain excursions for use in conjunction with an AD75 Swiss Travel Pass can be purchased via www.swissrailways.com.
  7. Children aged 6-15 years can travel free of charge using a Swiss Family Card provided they are travelling with a parent holding a valid AD75 Swiss Travel Pass.
  8. Only one AD75 application can be made per person, per calendar year.
  9. Please state the reason for the application (press trip, study trip, private trip, etc).
  10. The Swiss Travel Pass is valid for non-residents of Switzerland only.
  11. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your AD75 request. Applications for travel within 5 days will not be accepted.
  12. An administration fee of CHF 30.– per person applies.
  13. The pass will only be issued upon receipt of payment. A secure payment link will be provided. It is the applicant's responsibility to inform STC once payment has been made.
  14. AD75 Swiss Travel Passes are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable once issued.
  15. Should an AD75 Swiss Travel Pass be sold to the general public, STC will not accept any future concessionary requests from the agency or the applicant.
  16. STC issues AD75 Swiss Travel Passes as a partner of STS (Swiss Travel System AG).
  17. By submitting a completed, signed application form, you are confirming that you accept these terms and conditions.
